At Pizzalunga, we pride ourselves on quality. Our chef/owner grew up in Italy, in Treviso, a small town about half an hour north of Venice. He trained and worked as a Pizzaiolo (Pizza Chef) in Italy before migrating to Australia. At Pizzalunga, you can see our chef rolling out the dough of all of our pizzas, both traditional and metre long, by hand. These pizzas, traditional and metre long, are then cooked in our wood fired oven. We use the freshest and finest ingredients that we can source to ensure your pizza is always of the highest quality.
